Are you a seasoned Dental Assistant, Receptionist, or Practice Manager ready to step into an exciting, non-clinical role?

Praktika Online Dental Software is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our expanding team. This is your chance to transition your deep industry knowledge into a critical position, helping dental professionals get the most out of our software.

This is a full-time, Level 1 role where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice and email behind our support, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving Issues: Handling support requests (via phone and email), resolving them efficiently, or escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Tracking and Monitoring: Accurately logging and monitoring all service requests using our help desk system.
  • Customer Training: Providing essential training to customers on how to effectively use the Praktika software.
  • Content Creation: Creating and updating our valuable training manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a dental practice and a passion for customer service. You should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Solid Computer Knowledge and technical aptitude
  • A proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented approach to your work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Praktika or other practice management systems.
  • Being a resident of Greater Melbourne.

Compensation and Application Details

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of $65,000 – $70,000 (or $32 – $35 per hour), plus superannuation, dependent on your experience.
