About the Role
We’re after a star reaching Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. In this role you will attract, source and recruit the best talent to work with us here at Starlight.

As part of the People & Culture team, you’ll report directly to the National Talent Manager, engaging and acquiring talent into our Hub based roles across our People & Culture, Fundraising & Marketing and Finance & Technology functional areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has internal recruitment experience and is seeking an opportunity to work in a fast paced, ever growing and changing role in a high performing, engaged team.

About you
You have a positive mindset, passionate about creating meaningful relationships and SHINE best when working with others to achieve great results.
- You’re a great communicator with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
- You get a kick out of creating positive experiences and building professional relationships
- You’re a natural at working to competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You’ll have a high level of influencing skills and ability to negotiate/ confidence to make an ask
- You’re challenge driven and keen on continuous learning and have a growth mindset
- You are resilient and self-driven
- You have a knack for identifying top talent
- You are passionate about developing a career in recruitment (of course)
