The job:

You will be working with law firms and legal talent across Sydney and international markets. Day-to-day you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through tracking the flow of talent across the market. You will work in partnership with your clients to fill the vacancies within private practice.

You:

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • at least 2 years of relevant experience to draw on
  • have working knowledge of the UK market
  • the ability to assume responsibility for recruitment nationally and internationally
  • confidence in business development and networking
  • a good commercial acumen
  • strong attention to detail
  • a genuine passion for sourcing the best talent
  • a demonstrated ability to achieve stand-out results
  • self motivation, drive and the ambition to be a high-performer in the team
  • the desire to work in a high energy and high performing environment, surrounded by likeminded individuals.

Duties:

  • Conducting candidate screening calls, interviews and offering CV, interview and general career advice to candidates.
  • Writing job ads, job briefs and candidate summaries.
  • Maintaining accurate database notes and records.
  • Negotiating offers and finalising agreements between the candidate and client.
  • Consulting clients and candidates as a 'trusted advisor' and 'career counsellor'.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000.
