**The Position**
We are currently recruiting a National Recruitment Manager for our Healthcare, Business and Industry, Education and Venues Sectors of Compass Group Australia.
This role can be based in our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices and has the overall responsibility for recruitment activity and people movements across our business.
This is a true leadership role and requires the National Manager to coach, mentor and develop the regional recruitment Team Leaders and an engaged team of Advisors. Our Recruitment Advisors work with volume recruitment, providing a full range of hospitality, support services and trades roles varying from full time, part time and casual contracts. The team is dynamic and works quickly to respond to our Operations stakeholders.
In this role you will act as a valued business advisor, provide account management for key roles or projects and be a stream lead for broader business initiatives.
Working closely with the Talent Lead you will support the design and delivery of recruitment solutions. We are in a constant state of process improvement, so you’ll enjoy involvement in technology changes, implementation of selection tools, sourcing and branding and talent development programs.

- Recruitment leadership experience ideally in a complex business environment
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies and resulting campaigns
- Experience in building talent pools and a wide range of sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships
- Ability to effectively influence, negotiate and partner with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a fast paced environment, achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion
