**About the Role**

This is a rare opportunity for an energetic and driven Assistant Property Accounts Manager to take their career to the next level in a growing and supportive organisation. Working closely with the Senior Trust Accounts Manager you will be instrumental to the implementation of change and improvement within an experienced and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

- Overseeing and managing the day to day trust accounting requirements of properties within assigned portfolio;
- Assisting with the development of the trust accounts staff by coordinating activities, providing training and support and implementing systems and processes to minimise the risk of fraud, errors and omissions;
- Ensuring compliance with REBA requirements.

**About You**

In addition to your willingness to contribute ideas and challenge the status quo, the skills and experience that you will bring to the role include:

- Experience in successfully leading and developing a team
- CA or CPA qualified with at least 5 years’ experience
- Real Estate/Property experience along with a sound knowledge of MRI
