**About the Role**

WesTrac currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Quality Advisor to join our Underground Team. As the quality advisor, this role will see you responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with WesTrac’s policies and procedures and ISO 9001.

The successful individual for this role will embody a growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

This role will be based from WesTrac’s Mt Thorley Branch working on a permanent full-time basis, Monday
- Friday.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System through effective management of the internal audit programme
- Develop and maintain Quality procedures to align with Federal and State regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with AS 3800 and ANZEx Scheme requirements for Longwall mining equipment electrical repairs
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders to develop and monitor quality standards of overhauled equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct trend analysis to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions based off findings and conduct effectiveness checks
- Contribute to a safe, engaged and customer focused culture through a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

- Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of ISO9001, AS3800 and ANZEx Scheme (desirable)

**Qualifications/Experience**
- ISO 9001 qualification
- Tertiary education couple with relevant industry experience
- Prior Business Management experience (desirable)
