- Following the continued growth and success of the business, Zenviron are currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to support the delivery of a large-scale Battery Storage Energy System (BESS) project located near Morwell VIC.
- If you are an experienced and driven Safety Advisor, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.

**Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HSE advice and support to the project team
- Conducting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness sessions
- Upholding and communicating HSE standards, taking action to ensure 'The Safe Way is The Only Way' and implementing strategies to improve HSE performance
- Assisting with the implementation of the HSE Management System and maintaining HSE registers
- Liaising and providing support to the project to ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines

**What we are looking for:
- Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
- Environmental qualifications (highly regarded)
- 5+ years' experience in similar HSE site-based roles within the renewables / infrastructure or construction sector, ideally coordinating subcontractors
- Well established knowledge of HSE legislation and industry standards with an in-depth knowledge of Principal Contractor duties
- Formal training in incident investigation methodology (e.g. ICAM, Taproot)
- Intermediate user of MS Office Suite to accurately assemble, maintain and document quality records and accurate reports
- Demonstrated proactive attitude toward HSE and procedural compliance
- Well-developed written communication skills
- Well versed in modern behavioural safety and culture-based programs
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
