**Communications Advisor**

Local Land Services (LLS) is looking for a Communications Advisor to join the Communications team.

**About the role**:
As Communications Advisor, your role involves coordinating the creation and implementation of customised communication strategies that align with the broader LLS communications plan. You will collaborate across the business to offer communication guidance, execute campaigns, oversee communication channels, and produce a variety of content (both written and digital) to inform, educate, and promote LLS initiatives, achievements, projects, and activities.

This role involves creating, managing, and delivering communications outputs that support LLS core service priorities. You’ll coordinate scheduled communications activities, ensuring they align with the organisation’s overarching strategy. Additionally, you’ll monitor emerging risks and issues, collaborating with the media and public affairs team.

Your responsibilities extend to crafting regional content for local and regional media channels, such as website updates, newsletters, and regional Facebook pages. Beyond that, you’ll play an active role in local emergency response efforts and provide additional resources to the Regional Advisory team during periods of leave.

**To be successful you’ll need** a strong customer focus, able to deliver top quality work for stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you’ll ensure close alignment with the overall LLS communications strategy and maintain strong relationships with the strategic communications team.

**You’ll be someone who can**:

- Get things done, spin multiple plates at once and meet strict deadlines as you manage competing priorities and deliver integrated communications effectively.
- Develop and manage essential communication relationships and partnerships across the organisation.
- Understand and relate to regional NSW communities, particularly agricultural industries and appreciate the advantages, challenges, and prospects that contribute to their economic success.
