**About the role**

**Duties**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a national-scale allied health business, focusing on data driven performance, while working collaboratively with peers, to ensure high quality multidisciplinary practices are maintained for participants receiving services.
- Ensure performance across the team to budget and manage a P&L with the leadership team to achieve the vision and goals of the business.
- Manage a team of leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery.
- Promote and enhance the organisational culture.
- Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs.

**Skills and experience**
- 5+ years management experience, specifically in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation.
- 5+ years management experience across a large professional team, either specific to your allied health discipline or with a multidisciplinary makeup.
- Minimum Behaviour Support Practitioner Proficient registration with PRODA.
- Willingness to be hands on, working in systems and with people directly to achieve outcomes.
- Passion for making a difference.
- Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with/ knowledge of the NDIS and the operations of an allied health service within the NDIS.
