**Regional Operations Leader (Area Manager)**

**About the Role**

As a Regional Operations Leader, you'll be at the heart of our mission-coaching, mentoring and guiding Campus Directors to deliver exceptional education, care, and experiences for children and families. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll play a vital role in driving performance, quality, and culture across a thriving region.

**Your focus will include**:
People Leadership
- Build strong, connected, high-performing teams
- Drive engagement, communication and collaboration
- Lead key recruitment, onboarding and induction processes

Campus Operational Performance
- Identify and drive improvements in operations and efficiency
- Analyse data and provide clear, actionable reporting
- Partner with teams to meet and exceed KPIs

Quality, Education & Safety
- Champion best practices in education and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to lift outcomes
- Maintain a relentless focus on safety, compliance and wellbeing

**About You**

You're an experienced, values-driven leader with a passion for making a difference-and the know-how to deliver strong operational outcomes. You'll bring:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience leading multiple early childhood services
- A solid understanding of P&L, KPIs and turnaround strategy
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Regulations and the Assessment & Rating process
- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma of Children's Services
- A valid Working with Children Check and driver's licence
