Right At Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers are currently seeking compassionate Care Workers to provide high-quality holistic care to Aged Care and Disability clients located in Gold Coast. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home, with integrity and purpose.

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers)
- Current Australian National Police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Double Vaccinated
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver’s license
- Comprehensive Insurance and own reliable car
- Medication Assistance
- Willing to work with high care clients and do active sleepovers

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to provide personal and domestic care
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
