We are looking for **caring, proactive, and reliable Support Workers** to join our growing team in the **Gold Coast area, from Tweed Heads to South of Brisbane**.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Male Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, community participation, and personal development, ensuring they achieve their NDIS plan goals. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the unique needs of each participant, offering flexibility and diversity in your day-to-day work.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
✔ Provide personal care, including hygiene assistance, dressing, and mobility support.

✔ Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.

✔ Support participants in accessing the community, social activities, and appointments.

✔ Help develop life skills that promote independence and confidence.

✔ Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.

✔ Assist with transportation where required.

✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS requirements.

**What You Need to Join Us**
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A proactive, can-do attitude - we love "doers"
- Driver’s License & reliable transport (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine passion for helping others.
