**MyVet Springfield Lakes** are seeking a highly motivated **Practice Manage**r with a passion for leadership to join our team.

Our team pride ourselves on a supportive family environment, we eat lunch together everyday, with no interruptions Our mission statement is to treat every patient the way we expect our own pets to be treated.

We have a strong focus on preventative care, we have an im3 dental machine and dental x-ray. We’re also equipped with ultrasound, digital x-ray, FUSE in-house laboratory, sterile theatre and three consulting rooms. We maintain a **manageable daily workload** comprising of mainly routine surgical procedures and consults.

We prioritise work-life balance with no afterhours, no on-call, no public holidays, and no Sundays - we operate 8am-6pm weekdays and 8am-1pm Saturdays.

**About You**
- Clinical experience in Veterinary Nursing is advantageous
- A passion for Leadership and desire in developing a team and maintaining a healthy work culture
- Appropriate Certificate IV qualifications is desired but not essential
- An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
- Ezyvet experience advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated client relationship building skills
- A hard working and a hands-on approach to your work
- A willingness to get involved with energy and drive, and utilise nursing/customer service skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
