**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

A unique role has become available for a talented and self-driven professional to join our team of Product Manager in our **Apparel & Footwear** division**,** based out of our Greystanes office in **Sydney, NSW**.

While providing an exceptional level of service to our clients, the **Product Manager** is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with suppliers, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager role also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Build and maintain long-term supplier partnerships
- Develop core range and private label brands strategies
- Negotiate competitive everyday and promotional pricing
- Provide the business with market insights and product technological trends
- Manage product life cycles in a fast-paced environment and reduce pressure points on customers
- Participate in negotiations, meetings and tender reviews with sales, to ensure deals are effective and commercially sound

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience with Category and Product Management
- Extensive buying experience is mandatory
- Comprehensive knowledge of the cost and margin impact of a wide range of manufacturing techniques
- Customer-centric and strong commercial acumen with the ability to innovate to improve profitability
- Proven ability to investigate and solve complex problems
- End-to-end B2B experience
- A confident negotiator, influencer and communicator
