**About the Role**

We are delighted to extend an opportunity within our Corporate Support Group based in Parramatta. As our parts business experiences robust growth, we are actively seeking an adept and driven professional to join our Parts team as a Master Data Analyst or Senior Analyst (depending on your experience). In this pivotal role, you will play a central role in delivering accurate and reliable data from various sources to bolster the effectiveness of our Master Data team. Furthermore, you will ascend to the role of a specialist in setting up parts, encompassing pricing strategies and integration within our supply chain.

Reporting directly to the Master Data Specialist - Team Leader, your assigned responsibilities entail:

- Assisting in the establishment of a new database for Master Data, as we transition to a more advanced SQL Server.
- Evaluating existing data management processes and proposing strategies to enhance accuracy, frequency, and efficacy.
- Establish new parts into our ERP system and effecting revisions to their cost structure and revenue generation.
- Maintain our contract pricing in line with policy levels.
- Maintaining productive professional relationships with customers, peers and other departments.
- Seeking process improvements and analytics to maintain accurate pricing and margins.

- Safety Vigilance: An ingrained commitment to personal and collective well-being and safety.
- Proficiency in SQL Server: Demonstrated expertise of SQL Server, encompassing adeptness in data table structuring, management, importation, indexing, and archival from platforms like Dynamics 365, aligned with industry best practices.
- Computer Literacy: Adeptness in navigating various software ecosystems, ideally with a large ERP system. Advanced Excel skills are a notable asset.
- Analytical Acumen: Competence in data manipulation and interpretation, characterized by meticulous scrutiny and informed actionable insights.
- Autonomous Productivity: An intrinsic self-driven inclination towards strategic task management in line with our commitment to delivering Total Customer Satisfaction.
