**The Opportunity**

The role requires **strategic thinking, leadership, and operational excellence** to meet TransGrid’s standards and values and reports directly into the Field Delivery Manager.

**A Day in the Life as a Field Manager at Transgrid**
- Lead safety communication to Field Coordinators and technicians, providing inclusive communication platforms to all workers to contribute to the continuous improvement of safe work practices.
- Inspire confidence and responsiveness within the Department and across the Business Unit for the execution of timely, high-quality delivery services to internal and external customers.
- Build and maintain the technical capability of the workforce to continuously deliver the established programs of work.
- Contribute to the preparation of the capital and operating budget to required standards of detail, scope, and timeliness.

**About you**
- You bring extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of electricity transmission work programs and project delivery principles not just in theory but in practise.
- Advanced diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field: Substations & Transmission Lines.
- Extensive experience in electricity transmission maintenance and projects, ERP systems, and work management.
- Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and knowledge of compliance policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ideally within a high regulated industry where you have led large teams.
