A newly created opportunity, to join one of the fastest-growing Fashion businesses in Australia, that is taking the market by storm. Working directly alongside the C-Suite team and wider Senior Leaders, this will be a pivotal role in shaping, driving and executing the end to end Paid Media strategy, through a hyper-growth, transformative time.

**The Role**:
Working super closely to the Digital, eCommerce, Creative, Brand & Operations teams, to own, drive & deliver the end to end Paid Media strategy. This is a highly strategic role, taking ownership of all channels, with a particular focus on Meta, Google & TikTok.
You will support the team on driving new customer acquisition, brand awareness, conversion and engagement, drive online growth & deliver cutting edge, innovative campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities & Skills**:

- Demonstrated, solid background within Digital Marketing, Performance & Paid roles, with experience across all channels
- A background in Agency, Fashion or Retail environments would be highly advantageous
- Solid, in-depth knowledge of Meta, Google & TikTok in particular, with Pinterest experience being highly-regarded, but not essential
- A strong cross-functional working style, managing key stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Digital & C-Suite
- Solid understanding of Paid Media performance KPIs, and the ability to drive ROAS & ROI, with full budget accountability
- Solid reporting and analytically focused experience, presenting key trends & data insights
