**ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - TALENT & ASSESSMENTS**

We're seeking a dynamic Associate Director to join our team, bringing a passion and technical expertise in human capital, talent, assessment and leadership/coaching development. Reporting to Joint MD Brent Duffy, this role would see you leading the growth of our talent and assessment portfolio. Your expertise will continue to shape our talent, assessment and coaching offerings in market, taking an active role in taking these solutions to market.

**Here's what you'll do**:
**New Business Development**: Actively growing prospective client networks and pursuing opportunities supporting the strategic growth approach across the national business.

**Deliver High-Quality Personalised Solutions**: Propose, coordinate, deliver and oversee the execution of assessment solutions across the business designed to derive deep psychological insight. Deliver across our core assessment offerings not limited to talent development, succession planning, psychometric debriefs, coaching, culture surveys, and leadership capability frameworks.

**Financial Growth of Portfolio**: Build the talent and assessment revenue stream across the business via strong client sponsorship, expanding account depth and market presence, and optimising revenue streams.

**Firm Leadership**:Collaborating and contributing to future offerings, whilst lifting consulting and advisory capability across the broader firm.

**People and Talent**: Build capability across the team, mentoring existing assessment and insight talent.

**About You**:
**10+ years’ experience in consulting and human capital advisory**:Problem solving, visualisation of information - a proven business builder.

**Measurement capability**: Organisational performance, performance management, ROI methodology.

**Senior leadership experience**:You inspire those around you with your honesty, openness, and unwavering dedication.

**Client-centric**:Exceptional client management skills, delivering solutions that deliver tangible results.

**Ambitious and agile**:You are energised when tackling complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

**Relevant tertiary qualifications**:Ideally in Psychology and/or Organisational Design.
