Seeking a dynamic and real estate finance experienced Associate Director or experienced Senior Associate / Manager - Support a key portfolio in our Major Client Group looking after Property clients **Do work that matters** Together with the Director, you will provide meaningful solutions for new and existing high value property clients with complex banking needs across commercial and residential property investments / developments. Supported by a team of Account Managers, Senior Associates and Associates, you will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move businesses forward and grow our client base. **More specifically, you will**: - With the Director, be accountable for all client interactions and partner with Senior Associates & Associates and all CommBank teams to meet portfolio and new client needs; - Understand the specific needs and aims of our clients and use your relationships to help them realise new opportunities; - Be capable of running a transaction end to end; - Enhance customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts; - Support the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio; and - Coach Senior Associates and Associates in financial analysis and writing good quality credit submissions. **See yourself as part of our team** Business Banking is proud to support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia.
