Answering telephone calls and booking in service work.

Assisting Sales staff with the follow up & close of sales of Solar Hot water, Solar Power and Batteries.

Solahart has an excellent reputation and is a market leader selling a range of top-quality products, all backed by good warranties and back up service.

You must be well presented, reliable, a quick learner and have a good work ethic

Reception experience required where you have dealt with phone calls and good computer skills to type in details whilst taking calls.

Experience Having worked with CRM programs and Xero accounting program

we are looking for a friendly upbeat person that can communicate well and multi task.

Warm, friendly and confident phone manner is a must.

Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

Must be proficient with computer-based programs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rockingham, WA 6168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
