**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently seeking a positive, well-presented and customer-focused
**Receptionist **with a professional phone manner to join our dynamic team at
**Hyundai** in
**Rockingham.**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, filing and processing of documents and completing general administrative tasks to assist dealership personnel.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude - we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Professional phone and face-to-face customer service manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
