**About Our Client**:
Our client is an electronics design company based on Brisbane's South side who are looking to add to a growing team.
- General administration duties.
- Manage incoming calls and customers.
- Taking client orders.
- Managing and preparing customer orders, freight, and shipping documents.
- Customer liaison and appointment scheduling.
- Data entry.
- Managing stock levels.
- Any other functions as required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience in Microsoft office, excel and word.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with XERO accounting software (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong administration background with at least 2 years experience
- Scheduling/Planning skills
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent time management
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Work well in a team environment.
**What's on Offer**:
- Flexible hours (role can be full-time or part-time)
- Potential for the role to be made permanent
- No weekends required
- On-site parking available
- $30-34 an hour + super (based on experience)
