**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a results-driven marketing professional with a flair for creativity and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing campaigns while building and nurturing new customer pipelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Duties**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition.
- Manage online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Design and launch digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a focus on local targeting.
- Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and community outreach programs.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

**Customer Acquisition**:

- Develop referral programs and strategies to attract new patients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or service industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 2D animation: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
