Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre have a vacancy for a Certificate 4 Marketing & Communications Traineeship with our host company located in the Blacktown area.

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

**Your duties include**:

- Learn to plan, prioritise and execute marketing activities to create brand awareness and generate sales leads.-
Gain a working understanding of the rental companies social media, SEO / SEM & advertising processes to plan, prioritise and monitor marketing activities.Observe sales process and gain an understanding of marketing’s role in increasing market penetration and lead nurturing.Learn how to analyse marketing campaign effectiveness in target and growth markets.Gain knowledge in assessing market potential based upon the territory, industry sectors and the available fleet mix.Complete assigned training programs and study assignments.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or hold the right to work in Australia
- Interested in marketing, energetic, self-motivated, interested in self-development
- Self-Confident, some technical interest / ability
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills,
- Intermediate IT skills.
