**About the Role**
As a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans. Be the driving force behind attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones, reflecting the quality and values that define our client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearhead strategies to powerfully communicate our products and services, generating leads for the Project Sales Team.
- Craft a rich content/editorial calendar that magnetizes qualified customers to the company.
- Establish a closed-loop analytics system with sales to refine processes and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Create compelling product content across various platforms to showcase the benefits to our customers.
- Grow leads through effective marketing channels, optimizing automation and nurturing processes.
- Plan and execute events, collaborating with industry experts and influencers to produce content that resonates with our audience.
- Maintain customer information integrity across Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar hands on Marketing role
- Proven track record in devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Numerically literate with a keen eye for aesthetics and great copy.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong CRM and Marketing Automation skills (ideally Zoho or Salesforce).
- Experience dealing with clients and internal stakeholders and utilizing external suppliers.
- Ability to coordinate promotions and events.
- Proficiency in WordPress website management.
