**Description**:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role forms an integral part of the National Finance Team. The role is to build relationships with sales teams and customers to ensure effective debt collection and customer account management.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing existing clients and providing an excellent sales experience to our customers at our Trade Sales counter.

**Key duties for this role include but are not limited to**:
Managing a high volume debtors ledger
Collection Calls
Allocating and receipting payments
Account reconciliations
Building relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
Reporting on outstanding debt
Provide a high standard of service to Customers, Access Hardware Managers & Staff.
Provide assistance for other Access Branches when required.
Updating customer databases
Answering both internal and external customer queries
Identifying overdue accounts and raising these with the relevant internal stakeholders
