Our goal is to provide fast and friendly service by delivering high-quality products and a memorable experience to our customers before they jet off on business or holiday to their specific destination.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for recruitment professionals to join our team to predominantly manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail stores across Australia and New Zealand

Reporting to the HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead, you will join a small HR team on a fixed term 6 month basis with a view to permanency on either a Full Time or Part Time basis at our brand new Bourke Street offices in the CBD and remotely as well.

**As a TA & HR Administrator you will be responsible for**:

- Management of the end to end recruitment process, including; job ad writing, screening & selection
- Scheduling interviews with appropriate stakeholders
- Reference checking for suitable applicants
- New starter paperwork, including employment contracts
- Providing generalist HR support where required
- Previous recruitment experience within internal recruitment or agency based
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong relationship building kills
- A high degree of accuracy, diplomacy and confidentiality
- Ability to generate a high volume and quality of work
- Solid administrative skills
