**20 hours per week**

**Location: Traralgon**

**$37.25 to $39.71 per hour plus 12% superannuation**

**About this Role**

We currently have an opportunity for a Sports and Events Administration Officer to provide a high level of administration and event management support to Facility Leader in the operations of Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium (GRISS).

**You will be required to**:

- Manage and maintain event and facility bookings, support the delivery of daily events and ensure the facility is organised and set up for all bookings
- Prepare and provide requested documentation to support the effective management of events
- Provide support at event meetings and communication between stakeholders, including record management of all correspondence
- Contribute to the achievements of Latrobe City Councils strategic objectives and Latrobe Leisure business plans.

**About You**

For this position we are seeking someone who has experience in administration of large facilities and events and passion to provide exceptional customer service. You will also help foster a positive and professional image of the facility.

**You will also need**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of computer software programs
- Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to set priorities, plan and organise one’s own workload.
