PEAK Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as professional development courses.

We are currently seeking an experienced RTO Administrator to provide administrative support to PEAK Training team.

**About PEAK Training**

Located in Summer Hill and directly across from the train station, PEAK Training is a part of NSW Family Day Care Association. NSW Family Day Care Association operates as a not-for-profit organisation, founded in 1976 to support the development of affordable, quality early education and care within a home environment in NSW.

**Key tasks for this position include**:

- Manage incoming calls, enquires and communications relating to RTO training and Family Day Care
- Administrative tasks to support the RTO team
- Assist in the organisational/administrative requirements of training calendars and presentation of webinars
- Assist in administrative tasks for projects

**Essential criteria**:

- Experienced and professional customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Time management skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn skills required for Online Learning Management Systems and other software.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
- Knowledge of ECEC services and training requirements
- Experience and working knowledge of a Registered Training Organisation
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and how it relates to Family Day Care

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
