**About the Role**

We have a small onsite warehouse and several offsite storage facilities. The role is based out of our Castle Hill Office for **IMMEDIATE **start.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Answer incoming calls and prospective customer enquiries
- Processing of Purchase Orders
- Arranging the dispatch of products through courier and Australia Post
- Receiving orders and inputting invoices ready for payment
- Stock Maintenance, including monthly stock takes, labelling products and ensuring dispatch/warehouse is in a safe and tidy state
- Stock adjustments
- Support and work closely with the accounts team and regional offices
- Follow warehouse policy and procedures

**You must be**:

- Punctual and reliable
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Xero Accounting software preferred (although not mandatory - training will be provided)
- Understanding of GST, general ledger and coding
- Strong computer knowledge with confident use of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to drive to work as the office is not very close to public transport
- Must be a quick learner and have ability to use initiative
- This is an active roll with manual lifting and moving of stock around the office
- Previous accounts/dispatch experience required

Please note that this is an active role with some manual moving of stock required so a reasonable level of health and fitness will be essential.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
