Our People and Culture team is integral to achieving these goals, and we are now seeking a passionate and proactive People and Culture Coordinator to help drive improvements in our recruitment processes, retention, and employee satisfaction across our growing network.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Engagement & Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Training Management: Oversee the completion of training modules across all teams, ensuring that employees are fully trained and compliant with internal policies.
- Training Development: Understand the needs of the business and work alongside Operations to ensure we are providing up to date and relevant training content for our team.
- Probation Reviews: Work closely with Store Managers to ensure the timely completion of 90-day performance reviews and support their management of new team members.
- Site Visits: Travel across the network of sites to engage with teams, assess employee satisfaction, and ensure the consistency of HR processes.
- Retention and Satisfaction: Develop strategies to improve retention rates and employee satisfaction through structured, data-driven approaches.
- People Systems & Compliance: Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislation.

About You:

- HR Enthusiast: You have a passion for people and promoting a healthy organisational culture where employees feel seen and heard, where management is transparent, and where teams are proud and excited to work together.
- Strong Recruitment Experience: You have experience managing the recruitment process from start to finish, with an understanding of best practices to attract and retain talent.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple tasks, keeping accurate records, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactive and Adaptable: You take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve processes and foster a better work environment.
- Excellent Communicator: You can build rapport with team members at all levels and ensure clear, professional communication across the organisation.
- Willingness to Travel: You’re comfortable with occasional travel to our various sites, ensuring a hands-on approach to employee engagement.
