**Key responsibilities include**:
- Leading the project planning stage, defining and documenting schedules, project scope and deliverables
- Manage a cross-functional project team to drive completion of project stages within agreed-upon SLAs.
- Coordinate internal and or third-party resources to accomplish project tasks
- Oversee onsite deployments when required
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain records of all project metrics
- Organise and run project meetings and daily stand-ups, providing meeting agendas, reports, and summaries
- Assist Pre-Sales with the creation of statements of work for project services
- Conduct project reviews and produce detailed reports for relevant decisionmakers
- Contribute to process improvements within
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT Project Delivery role.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within tight time constraints
- A solid understanding of current IT technologies and terminology
- Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
- Able to work both independently and as a team player within a dynamic cross-functional environment
- Certification / Qualification in Project management, Agile, PRINCE2 is a nice to have
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A willningness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
