**Your new role**
- Your day will consist of the registration of air freight jobs, lodging documentation, extensive liaising with airlines and local providers regarding arriving cargo and ensuring relevant certification is recorded updated and edited as necessary using CargoWise.
- You will utilize your superior ability to multitask to ensure delays are minimized and the cartage team have all relevant information to allow the immediate delivery of Cargo/freight as soon as it has been cleared
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Air import Operator experience ideally within the international freight forwarding industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident in conflict resolution
- Advanced negotiation and relationship skills
- High level customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
