**The Company**
Our client is an established commercial and travel Insurance provider, looking for a Travel Claims Consultant to join their expanding team.

**The Role**
- Managing and processing own portfolio of Travel Claims from end to end
- Assisting Claims team in providing best possible customer service
- Complaints resolution handling
- Registering claims information and answering policy queries
- Competitive salary with discretionary bonus up to 10% available.
- Annual remuneration reviews.
- 12 months minimum managing end to end claims in travel, property or medical lines.
- Nursing / health sciences experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with complaints resolution
