We are excited to be working closely with a global leader in their search for an experienced Site Administrator. Based at their site office, just north of Joondalup, this opportunity has a purpose of energising a better future, and offers valuable industry experience from an employer of choice.

**The Appointment**:
The objective is to provide a full range of timely, confidential administrative and project support to the Site Manager and site office. This includes:

- **General admin duties**: preparing presentations, arranging meetings, answering calls, organising training and travel and diary management
- **Accounts and Invoice**s: Raising PO’s, handling invoices, process SAP New Vendor set up forms and reconciliation of credit cards
- **Systems coordination**: creating change orders and handling job cost queries and setting up new employees
- **Stakeholder engagement**: Building and maintaining relationships with employees, suppliers, contractors and others.

**The Appointee**:

- Ideally, has SAP experience in raising Purchase Orders and goods receipting invoices
- Industrial environment exposure preferred
- 3-5 years admin experience
- Self-motivated, positive, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys building and maintaining relationships
