**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for value-based client management, demonstrating professionalism, perceptiveness, passion and productivity to current and prospective clients.
- Be a key point of contact for the sites you manage, working closely with your Senior Manager to ensure the client’s needs are met.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of jobs and work scopes for your site, including reporting.
- Assist in the achievement of the financial targets for your account as set for your business unit.
- You will be responsible for identifying and quoting up packages of work including actioning quotes in line with your DoA.
- Ensure that NDE Quality, Safety, Health and Environment standards are upheld by your teams at your sites.
- You will report to the Senior Manager on WIP and billing and be accountable to the processes they put in place to deliver WIP and invoicing requirements of the business.
- With support from your business unit lead, you will need to undertake performance reviews of the technicians who work at your sites, including providing both positive and constructive feedback.
- Be responsible for the sourcing and maintenance of equipment required for your site, including tracking of equipment, maintaining registers etc.

**About you**:

- Qualifications in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in key account or project management, preferably within the NDT or industrial solutions sector.
- Commercial acumen and experience in (_desired)_:

- Estimating
- Quoting and contract negotiation
- Business development
- Consultation-related services
- Managing customers / suppliers
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
