**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing management, direction, and leadership to the Care Team.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of innovative, resident-focused care and systems.
- Managing employees and resources to meet organisational and facility strategic objectives.
- Ensuring team efficiency and quality service delivery to provide high-quality care that aligns with BaptistCare’s philosophy of care delivery.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the aged care sector.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Sound knowledge of AN-NAC, care planning, Aged Care standards, and auditing.
- The ability to provide management and leadership that fosters trust and positive qualities in all team members.
- Willingness to work after hours on an On-Call Rotation.
