Head of Marketing & Events – Viola Private Wealth

an experienced and creative
Head of Marketing & Events
to join our Sydney based team to lead the way in how we connect with clients, partners, and the wider industry.

In this end-to-end role, you will be responsible in shaping our
brand presence
, manage high-impact
PR and media relationships
, and drive engagement through
content, social media, and events
. You'll be hands-on, strategic, and confident working across both traditional and digital channels.

What you'll do

  • Content Marketing Creation:
    Lead creation of video, audio, and written content to both clients and the broader community.
  • Public Relations (PR):
    Manage media and PR relationships, to book and facilitate speaking and media appearances for key internal staff including TV, Podcasts, articles, speaking appearances etc.
  • Social Media:
    Drive consistent content management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify, and various other digital channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Graphic Design & Collateral:
    Design and deliver standout marketing collateral to support internal process as well as market facing documents that position Viola as a thought and innovative leader in Wealth Management.
  • Event Management:
    Organise and oversee client and internal events, from intimate briefings to large-scale functions.
  • Client Communications:
    Craft impactful client communications through newsletters and EDMs to support advisors more effectively engage with their clients and prospects.
  • Lead Generation & Brand Awareness:
    Run various campaigns including paid and earned media, SEO, google ads etc.
  • Website Maintenance:
    Maintain and optimise the firms website.

What we're looking for

  • Strong marketing and events experience (5 – 8 years with a financial services background a plus).
  • Proven ability in
    content creation, PR, and social media management
    .
  • Creative flair
    with design and copywriting skills.
  • A track record of delivering successful
    events and campaigns
    that resonate.
  • A self-starter who's as comfortable being hands-on as they are strategic.
