**About the Team;**
Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) is developing its Computational and Data Intensive Sciences (CDIS) and Digital Research Infrastructure (DRI) capability areas supported by a new High Performance Computing (HPC) Centre, to enable DSTG to remain at the forefront of Defence research. DSTG's HPC will provide world class computational and data systems for innovative advanced research, development, modelling, simulation and experimentation to optimise Defence platform design and operational performance, force development and optimisation, and to solve difficult and complex real-world Defence problems.
As a **Storage Manager** you will have;
- Previous experience as an IT technical team lead, manager or supervisor.
- Experience in storage and backup technologies including object-based storage.
- Strong knowledge of security principles relating to storage and backup services and infrastructure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
