ChoiceOne is seeking to build our Public Sector Recruitment team through the addition of a motivated and career driven new team member.

**The Team and Role**
- Creation of templates for the panel;
- Face to face meetings with the panel to reach a consensus;
- Creation of assessment processes which may include phone screening, interviews, written tasks, confirmation of qualifications and written/practical tasks;
- Attending interviews with the panel to manage and document the process;
- Completion of reports inline with the specific departmental process;
- Please note that this is not an Agency Recruitment role. There is no sourcing of applicants, no applicant referrals to clients etc... we support Government agencies in their own recruitment endeavours including ensuring the adherence to the PSC guidelines._

**Skills**
As this is a specialist role, no prior experience in this field is required, but instead you will receive on the job training to develop your own personal skills to take on this challenging, but rewarding career.

Commencing as a trainee, providing support to other consultants, you will be provided with opportunities to learn and grow your skills into an Advisor role (anticipated 3-6 months depending on individual) and work directly with a range of clients inside your own portfolio.

Your personal attributed will include:

- Strong organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent English language with strong written and verbal abilities
- Good interpersonal skills including flexibility, consistency and a team orientation
- Good analytical ability including the ability to make consistent and fact based decisions and articulate these appropriately
