**Purpose**:
As our Beverage Team Leader, you’ll guide a passionate team with most of your time spent from Thursday to Sunday, helping to deliver drinks and experiences that surprise and delight our guests. You’ll bring leadership, accountability, empowerment and consistency to each service, while making sure the bar is efficient, on-trend and full of good vibes.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading and mentoring our bar team to deliver warm, attentive and high-quality service
- Mixing, shaking and pouring a variety of cocktails, wines and signature drinks with consistency and flair
- Managing bar operations — from stock control and supplier orders to prep, setup and compliance
- Providing excellent recommendations for keeping pace with industry trends and seasonal offerings
- Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, seamless service
- Setting the tone for each shift, ensuring the bar is clean, organised and guest-ready
- Supporting events, promotions and themed nights with energy, ideas and a hands-on attitude
- Upholding RSA and safety standards, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience supervising a bar team, ideally in boutique restaurants or registered clubs
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and bar operations
- A current RSA (essential) and excellent understanding of compliance in a licensed venue
- Friendly, relaxed and professional leadership style
- Ability to motivate a team and lead by example, even in high-pressure environments
- Commitment to great service and creating memorable guest moments
- Enthusiasm for mentoring others, learning and growing with a new venue
