**Purpose**:
As part of our consistent new restaurant bar team from Thursday to Sunday, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests. You’ll work closely with your teammates to serve drinks with care, keep the bar running smoothly and help us stay ahead of the curve when it comes to what’s trending in cocktails, wine and specialty beverages.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Mixing, shaking & pouring a variety of cocktails, wines & specialty drinks with consistency & flair
- Providing warm, attentive service that is happy, helpful and honest, to every guest — making great recommendations and reading the room
- Helping to keep the bar clean, well-stocked and organised throughout service
- Working as a team to set up and pack down the bar each shift
- Following RSA and safety standards, and helping keep the venue compliant and safe
- Learning about our menus, seasonal specials and supplier stories to share with guests
- Supporting promotions and themed nights with energy and a can-do attitude
- Taking pride in presentation — both in the drinks you make and how you show up at work

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in a bar, café, restaurant or hospitality setting
- A genuine passion for drinks and hospitality — whether you love mixology, wine, or learning something new
- Current RSA certification (essential)
- Friendly, professional and team-focused attitude
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment, with great communication skills
- Willingness to take direction, jump in where needed, and keep growing your skills
- A love of good service, good company, and a willingness to proudly support our members, community and environment
