**Purpose**:
As a Food & Beverage Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive their meals and beverages promptly and correctly. Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll help maintain the flow of service and uphold our high standards of service.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables swiftly and accurately
- Ensuring each dish is presented according to our standards before serving
- Assisting servers with table setup and clearing
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service areas
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries with our service principles of happy, helpful and honest

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- A current RSA certification (essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to proudly support our members, community and environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
