Are you a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a Room Leader who is either Diploma qualified or an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our experienced, knowledgeable, and supportive team.

The Role

As a Room Leader, you will guide and support your room's educational program and daily operations. You'll be expected to work collaboratively with a passionate team, ensuring the delivery of a curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the service's philosophy and policies.

To Be Successful, You Must Have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in programming and planning
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A current Child Protection Certificate
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and EYLF
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • A commitment to maintaining positive, professional, and supportive relationships with families and colleagues
  • A strong focus on children's wellbeing, learning, and development as your top priority
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
