Experienced Section Waiter

Inspired by flavours, techniques and stories from across Europe, this new restaurant is all about bringing people together through exceptional food, thoughtful service and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for experienced Section Waiters to bring their skills, personality and passion to our service team._

**Purpose**:
As one of our core Section Waiters, you’ll work closely with the restaurant team from Thursday to Sunday, creating memorable experiences with confident, attentive and professional service. You’ll own your section with pride, support your teammates and help us create an outstanding experience for our members and guests.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing warm, proactive service and managing your section with calm efficiency
- Receiving orders with confidence & sharing thoughtful recommendations on food & beverage
- Understanding our offering so you can speak knowledgeably about our seasonal menus and beverage pairings
- Maintaining a happy, helpful, honest and professional presence throughout the shift
- Supporting set-up, pack-down and resetting tables with care and attention to detail
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing smoothly
- Contributing to a positive team culture where service, respect and fun go hand-in-hand
- Responding to guest needs and feedback with a solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to proudly support our members, community and environment

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in a section waiter or senior front-of-house role
- Strong knowledge of food and wine — and a desire to keep learning
- A current RSA (essential) and understanding of compliance in a licensed venue
- Friendly, proactive and professional service style
- A sharp memory, focused time management and attention to detail
- Ability to stay composed and motivated in a busy setting and support your team as needed
- A genuine love for good food, good conversation and creating great experiences
