**Description**:
About you

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get into a buying role within a top security wholesale company. There will be ongoing support and training provided to the successful applicant.

This role is an integral part of our Electronic Security buying team and will provide assistance to the buyers through data entry, order processing, ETA updates, stock holdings and inter-company relationships between departments.

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in this role you will bring
- A natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates well developed and professional negotiation skills.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to organise vast amounts of data.
- An excellent understanding of receipting, storage, and distribution of products.
- A helpful, positive, and courteous manner with a strong customer focus and enjoys working with people.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Has a capacity to remain calm and focused when working under pressure.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Well-presented and punctual.
