We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner / Ground Maintenance superstar to join our team, ensuring the beauty and upkeep of our large office space located in Brooklyn. This role is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading civil construction company specializing in the construction, engineering, environmental and contract maintenance services.

**About the Role**

This is a part-time role working a 3-day work week (Hour's negotiable - Friday mandatory)

No evening or weekend work — perfect for students, parents rejoining the workforce, or anyone seeking flexible hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Waste Removal**: General waste removal, emptying bins, and supporting recycling initiatives
- **Floor Maintenance**: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
- **Kitchen**:Cleaning kitchen benches, tables, and equipment
- **Restrooms**: Cleaning toilets, hand basins, shower rooms, and facilities
- **Equipment**: Cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining equipment, furniture, meeting rooms, and premises
- **Gardening**:Basic gardening and tidying up outside the office and yard
- **Detail Dusting/Damp Wiping**: Low and high-reach areas including fixtures, fittings, equipment, vents, walls, windows, and sinks
- **Ground Maintenance**: Assisting the Maintenance / Yard Workers with repairs, equipment maintenance, car / truck washing-detailing, and reporting required repairs and maintenance issue

**What Are We Looking For?**

We’re looking for an all-rounder — someone who's flexible and willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
- Experienced cleaner (preferably in an office environment)
- A natural handyman / good with tools
- Able to obtain a clean Police Check
- Friendly and approachable, with a strong safety mindset
- Able to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks
