**Client Services Officer Position Description**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Services Officer to join our team. The Client Services Officer will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, as well as contributing to the expansion of our organisation by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Assist Ability Australia's reach and impact.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, target markets, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, partners, and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.

**Partnership Development**:

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant organisations, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, joint ventures, and sponsorship agreements to enhance Assist Ability Australia's services and programs.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to establish and maintain professional relationships.

**Marketing and Sales**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Assist Ability Australia's services and initiatives.
- Prepare compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to attract potential clients, donors, and funding sources.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine marketing and sales strategies.

**Relationship Management**:

- Foster positive relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Programs and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

**Non-essential but ideal**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the nonprofit or disability support sector.

Essential
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, market analysis, and partnership development.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google suite.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

- NDIS workers screening check
- Current police check
- NDIS workers orientation module
