Brisbane, Australia Residential Tenancies Authority Full time

This role will lead a dynamic team of professionals along with full cost-centre ownership and budget responsibility of the Service Management, Infrastructure Management, Vendor and Contract Management, and Records and Information Management functions. In addition to the day-to-day operational management of the ICT Services team, the successful applicant will also play a key role in several major transformation programs currently underway under the RTA's Digital Strategy.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, cloud services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365
- The ability to develop and foster effective relationships with a broad range of people at various levels, both internal and external to the organisation
- A record of accountability for the development, monitoring and management of ICT capital and operating budgets
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure both autonomously and within a high-functioning team
- A track record of achievement in complex organisational and technological environments where change is the norm
