My client is a specialist in the creation, management, and marketing of various products within the online gaming space.

**The Role**:
They are seeking an experienced and market-aware affiliate marketing professional to join their rapidly growing team and lead the customer acquisition efforts across global markets to drive rapid and long-term growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires a highly motivated individual with a well-established network of affiliates. Experience in the iGaming industry is essential, and you will be familiar working with internal teams and external partners across several time zones. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to get involved on the ground with an exciting brand with huge ambitions.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure our affiliate marketing channel fully aligns with our overall acquisition strategy in core markets
- Identification of new opportunities in other pre-regulated and regulated markets
- Establishment and ongoing management of key affiliate partnerships
- Negotiation and ownership of commercials with partners
- Monitor, optimise and report on the performance of affiliate activity, in particular Return on Investment (ROI) and conversion metrics
- Campaign and partner ROI metrics reporting and ability to move fast using hard data in reaction to changes
- Recommend site conversion funnel optimisation where necessary to improve conversion
- Direct and manage bespoke landing pages
- Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimization
- Keeping current with new technologies and making recommendations to the team
- Be passionate about creating an engaging visual gaming experience
- Promote high work standards within the team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience using 3rd party affiliate marketing platforms
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- English fluency
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills

**Highly Desirable**:

- Proficiency using online collaboration and project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Slack
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs)
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Multilingual
